Sundance Golf Course is a 3,105 yard, Par 35,
9-Hole golf course, open to the public.

LOCAL RULES FOR LOCAL KNOWLEDGE - PLEASE READ.

• Please note that our paved golf cart paths are for... golf carts. All of our paved paths are located on private property and are not to be mistaken for walking, jogging or bike paths. In addition, the golf course is NOT a dog park. We are dog lovers, but dogs are NOT allowed in the clubhouse area, patio or on the golf course. Only one dog (Gordie) is allowed on the property and as he's on the payroll (paid with treats & love) as a part of the grounds crew.

• Personal coolers, personal tumblers and carry-on beverages are not allowed on the course, in the parking lot and in or around the clubhouse. Please purchase all beverages from the clubhouse or your lovely beer cart gal. All these proceeds will be used to fertilize, water and mow the grass on the golf course – making your round more enjoyable today!

• Your ball mark on a green is like a pot hole on your street. They make things that roll bump, bounce and potentially go offline. So, please fix your ball mark - plus one more... for the guy/gal that didn't read this. Most common objects can serve as a ball mark repair tool (i.e. golf tee; 1" pocket knife; flat sandwich stick; car key; etc.). 
  
  
• Please join our "Save the Grass" campaign. Divots kill grass, but if you find your divot (or one of similar size) you can replace it and now you have saved the grass and released it back into the wild. This pertains to fairways primarily... as practice swings on tee boxes are just a bad idea. Kind of like baseball,  practice swings should be outside the batter's box. And on greens.... well, a practice swing on a green will get you permanently removed from the campaign and Sundance.

• The maximum playing group population is four (4) golfers. Two or three is good as well, although you may get paired up with some new friends. Singles are encouraged to bring a friend and any group size more than four is not allowed without written authorization from management. For safety reasons, ride-alongs, small children and spectators are NOT allowed on the course during play.

• Keep all power carts, at least 30 feet from all putting greens.

• Only soft spikes and tennis shoes are allowed for play. Metal spikes, baseball cleats, soccer cleats, work boots, cowboy boots and/or hockey skates are NOT allowed.

• Proper attire is required… shoes, shirt and pants or shorts. Socks & hats are also encouraged.

• All hazards are marked by water, tall grass and whatever else your playing partners decide.

• The Sundance philosophy is to be a “good neighbor”. Out of bounds is defined by property lines… you may have to make your best guess at times. Please either re-tee or drop your ball “close enough” to where you think you lost it. Please do not enter onto our neighbor’s personal property to retrieve your golf ball. Instead dig one out of the nearest pond or hit the ball straight. Be a good neighbor.
• Sundance ownership, management, employees and/or wildlife is NOT responsible for damage from errant golf balls… if you hit someone’s car or house (or just someone), please leave your contact information for insurance purposes.
